Conference Details
About the Conference
The labor movement is a force for social and economic progress. When we gather on Jan. 14, we will reflect on our work since last year’s MLK Conference—our battles, our victories, our lessons learned.
This year's conference theme is United by the Dream! Under that banner, we will think strategically about the road ahead and our continued fight for economic and racial justice with—and within—our movement.
We will hold timely discussions led by working people and experts on the most pressing issues facing our movement. Our workshops and training sessions will equip organizers and leaders from across the country with tools to meet the challenges we face, share practices, and sharpen the knowledge we need to drive change.
Through this annual conference, we continue our legacy of civil rights and labor solidarity. We stand in our collective power to fight back against ongoing attacks and chart our course forward—along the long arc that bends toward justice.
Together, we will build an economy and a society that works for everyone and ensures that all workers, no matter who they are, can live a life of dignity and respect.
We are United by the Dream!
The conference will conclude on the evening of Jan. 17 with the Civil and Human Rights Conference Gala and Awards. Learn more below and please join us!
