United: We Stand for the Right to VoteFocuses on our democracy: protecting and advancing voting rights, modeling democracy and democratic values, and preparing for political field work and voter mobilization.
Advancement: Our Guiding LightFocuses on preparing for our future: artificial intelligence, the future of work, young workers and protecting all workers, including immigration, anti-harassment, anti-discrimination and more.
Justice: Working People Bending the ArcFocuses on organizing and how innovative approaches are helping to engage in new and legacy worker spaces, how workers are advocating for law and policy change across regions, and how we build power more broadly.
Solidarity: Our Beloved CommunitiesFocuses on honoring the history of civil rights and labor solidarity; strengthening the three-strand cord of faith, labor and community; practicing nonviolent civil resistance; and communicating the movement’s civil, human and women’s rights story.
